Later, his special qualities in customer relations and his extensive knowledge of New York City, led him to the famed Algonquin Hotel (home of the renowned Round Table) to become director of customer relations. It was there John honed his inter-personal skills as was quick to identify guests' persona and pair their interests, wants and needs to the best the City offers, making their stay a rewarding and memorable experience while creating repeat customers and long-standing relationships.
