In Germany, he lived at Haus Rhenus, an upscale residence in Bad Neiderbriesig, close to the Rhine River. In Beirut, Lebanon, where he was a lecturer at the American University of Beirut, he lived in a luxurious condominium in the Hamra district. While living in Egypt, he occupied one the finest Villas in Alexandria situated near King Farouk's Palace overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. While living in Singapore, he leased a world-class condominium at Pebble Bay, overlooking the Kalang River which flows into the Java Sea. After living in Singapore for three and a half years, he returned to New York City and purchased a new condominium on the Upper East Side. After a few years, he heeded a call to move to the New York suburbs, particularly in Westchester County, where he is presently enjoying residence at a water front community townhouse.

Coupled with his real estate education from NYU, his doctorate degree is from Columbia University and his master's degree is from Harvard University.
