| Catherine has lived and worked in New York and Europe and now bases herself in the city, bringing her international experience to the commercial real estate market. She has previously worked with some of the world’s leading publishing houses and high-end advertising companies, including Vogue, Harper’s Bazaar, The New York Times, Grey Advertising, People Magazine and Condé Nast in Spain and Italy as well as America, as well as Paris, France.
Her experience in creative communications for high profile brands as well as being a pioneer in the development of several new publishing ventures has equiped her to the vagaries of the real estate market.
Catherine now applies her creative experience in communications and proven managerial experience, as well as foreign language skills to help navigating international and local clientele in the New York real estate market. She has also been on the commitee in the conversion of her Manhattan coop, and continues to be a part of the board where she has held the position of president for the past seven years. She has helped refinance the building mortgage, restore the building facade, as well as update various building infrastructure systems.
She looks forward to continued growth and new development in commercial real estate in 2010 and beyond, optimistic that a new, interesting era is just beginning for New York commercial market.
