| As Director of Sales at Century 21 NY Metro, Jorden Tepper is responsible for heading the firm’s sales department, managing all sales operations, as well as the training and supervising of agents. With a decade of Real Estate experience in Manhattan, including the managing of two large-scale residential sales companies, he has been at the helm of nearly a half billion dollars in real estate transactions in the past four years. Having successfully navigated market cycles of upturns and downturns, Jorden uses his keen sensibility in strategizing and reacting appropriately to trends to guide agents, buyers and sellers through any type of deal in New York City. Jorden works with all sides of a transaction, while never losing sight of the shared goals of all parties concerned. Skilled in negotiating the circumstances that arise in a transaction, Jorden's positive energy is focused on solutions for clients, a quality that has defined his reputation in the industry and fostered the inclination of buyers, sellers, developers and other brokers to work with him. His practical business sense is balanced by a creative energy, a pairing that continually makes seemingly impossible deals, possible. A native New Yorker, Jorden graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from George Washington University, where he also studied music, one of his great passions. After graduation, Jorden composed, performed and produced several CDs for major recording labels, which gave him experience and insight into the music business. In the late 1990's he ran his family business, The Tepper Collection, a high-end designer outerwear company, which afforded him the opportunity to work and sell with top fashion designers. |
